RECIPE BY GIZZARELLI DONATELLA FROM WINERY SAN NICOLA – POLLUTRI
INGREDIENTS FOR 4
– 4 pork steaks
– 8 onions
– 10,58 oz. champignon mushrooms – 3 eggs
– bread crumbs
– peanut oil for frying
– extra virgin olive oil
– salt and pepper
PREPARATION
Beat the eggs in a bowl, add salt and pepper. Bread the pork steak previously passed in egg. Heat oil in a saucepan. Fry the steaks until golden.
Meanwhile, peel and slice the onions. Heat in a pan a cup of olive oil, add the onions. Once withered add the mushrooms already washed and thin cut. Cook for 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Lay the onions on top of steaks and serve hot.
SIDE DISH
Take the eggplant, wash, dry, slice and grill it, season with salt and oil, serve with baked anchovies.
